💳 How rentals work: Rentals are paid in full before your event. We place a $75 cleaning hold on your card, and release it once the equipment is returned in good condition. Delivery, setup and pickup are included in your quote.

How much does it cost?

Every event is different, so we don't post set prices. Send your request and we'll review the details and customizations, then send you a quote.

How far ahead should I request?

Large events like festivals, multi-vendor markets and community-wide events need 60 days' notice. Smaller events can often be booked sooner, depending on availability.

What areas do you serve?

Primarily Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties including Oakleaf Plantation, Orange Park, Middleburg, Fleming Island, Jacksonville, and Palatka.

Are your events family-friendly?

Yes. Community and HOA events use clean, family-friendly music and activities for all ages.

What are the power requirements?

For DJ and sound services we need a standard 120V outlet within 75-100 feet of the setup area. We bring the cords and surge protection.

How does payment work for rentals?

Rentals are paid in full before your event. We place a $75 cleaning hold on your card and release it after the equipment is returned in good condition.

Can I sell on the Virtual Mall?

Vendor accounts are opening soon. Join the vendor waitlist above and we'll reach out when it's time to set up your storefront.

Need insurance for your booth, truck or event?

Vendors and event hosts are often asked for a certificate of insurance. Your Insurance Pro LLC, a Florida-licensed insurance agency (license L137709), can help you shop options for general liability and other business coverage.

Florida Pop-Up LLC and Your Insurance Pro LLC are separate companies with the same owner. Using this form is optional and is not required to vendor with us or book an event.
